With a stable online job or business, you can become a digital nomad and travel anywhere you want.

This lifestyle lets you work from anywhere with internet access, whether it's a city, beach, or a mountain village.

However, a lot of Filipino digital nomads face a lot of obstacles trying this out.

For one, some countries have stringent visa requirements for third-world passport holders. 

Several countries are also very expensive for the average digital nomad to travel to.

Fret not. You can still experience the traveling perks of a digital nomad lifestyle. It’s all about choosing an affordable and accessible country to explore, here are six of them:

Southeast Asia is the region I was able to travel around in for a month or so. It kick started my wanderlust. I remember my first trip to Bangkok several years ago. My experiences there led me to the conclusion that I wanted to travel as much as possible. Being from the Philippines also made traveling around the region possible and easy (Filipino passport holders don't need a visa to visit countries in Southeast Asia).
