Leyte is a beautiful province with plenty to offer. I visited a couple of times en route to somewhere else and as a travel destination. This province is also where my relatives on my father's side live. That's why it is a special place for me. It is home to historic and natural attractions which make it a noteworthy destination in the region.

Kalanggaman Island is an idyllic tropical destination characterized by powdery, white sand and cerulean waters. It is the perfect place to just chill and enjoy a stress-free few hours. It is a possible day trip destination from Tacloban.
