You could easily go well below my expenses on your trip as there are plenty of cheaper accommodations and food in Bolinao. It is a very popular weekend and summer destination so it's not difficult to get cheaper everything.

It was a short weekend getaway, but fun nonetheless. You can switch up the places to fit your schedule. What you do and how long you stay will depend on what time you arrive as the bus ride takes around 7 hours one way.
How to Get to Bolinao
There are several buses from Cubao or Pasay to Bolinao or Alaminos, you have the option to ride a non-air con bus (the cheaper option) or air con bus for the trip.
