How to Get to Sirince

I had some time to spare after I've seen the Selcuk's highlights. So I decided to go on a short trip to a nearby village, Sirince.

I had extra time after visiting the famous attractions in and around Selcuk. I decided to go to a nearby village that I saw online. When I saw pictures of Sirince, I was immediately sold. I wanted to spend a few hours relaxing before I left for Istanbul. Sirince was the perfect place to get lost in thought while exploring the winding alleys of the village.

The area around Sirince has a history that spans several centuries dating to 323 to 331 BC. I enjoyed weaving in and out of the narrow alleys in this quaint village. There wasn't a lot to do here, but I did appreciate the laid back vibe of the place.

The old houses added to the ambiance of Sirince. If I had a few extra days during my trip around Turkey, I would've at least spent a night here. There wasn't a lot of people during my visit, which made the place more appealing to me.

Sirince is a great addition to your itinerary, if ever you plan to spend a few days in Selcuk or Izmir.

How to Go to Sirince

It's easy to reach Sirince since there are many regular buses going to it and back to Selcuk. Fare is around 12 lira round trip.
