Famous Fountains

King Fahd's Fountain in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Archibald Fountain in Sydney, Australia. Big Wild Goose Pagoda Fountain in Xian City, China. Maybe not all as recognizable by name as, say, The Fountains of Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, but all are of extremely breathtaking beauty and elegance. While most people may not prioritize fountains as a must-see for most of their travel destinations, when taking into consideration the sheer amount and variety of fountains out there, one can realize just how ingrained water fountains are ingrained in our history.

The infographic below, with fun facts provided by LuxeWaterWalls, details 16 amazingly different water fountains from all over the world. How many have you traveled to? After scrolling through the graphic here at the The Wandering Juan, you'll want to Juan-der to them all!

Amber Kingsley is a traveler, writer and designer based in Santa Monica, Ca. Her most recent travels were to Italy, where she visited Naples and Rome. She hopes you enjoy looking through the fountains mentioned throughout the graphic!
